- Adopt-a-Block/Clean Neighborhoods Program - Volunteers from neighborhood groups, associations or businesses agree to survey their neighborhood for graffiti, debris or overgrown vegetation and notify the Rapid Response team for timely follow up.
- Neighborhood Partners Fund (NPF) Grants - Neighborhood Services offers matching grants of up to $5,000 to fund community enhancement projects for neighborhood associations that bring matching volunteer labor, donated materials, supplies or cash.
