Ward 5 City Councilman Ricki Y. Barlow invites residents to join him for coffee, tea and conversation about the community from 9 to 10 a.m. on the first Thursday of every month. The next Ward 5 gathering is planned for Thursday, July 1, at the Starbucks at 751 N. Rancho Drive. Residents will have the opportunity to speak directly with the councilman on issues of concern to them.

Councilman Barlow works diligently to attract new businesses to Ward 5, such as dd's Discount and Rainbow Apparel at Edmond Town Center, and he is preparing to get neighborhoods organized and residents involved in the next eight neighborhood cleanups. He strongly advocates a historic, proud, progressive Ward 5, so residents are encouraged to come by and meet their representative and/or share their ideas.
