Information Technologies:

Delivers city services and information to the public using technology (internet, telephone systems, etc.)
Develops, acquires and supports the city's business systems
Manages and maintains the technical infrastructure (computers, networks, internet, communications equipment, etc.)
Provides Geographic Information Systems (GIS) maps
