Want To speak At An Upcoming City Council Meeting? If you wish to speak, the city asks that you complete and submit a speaker card to the City Clerk. You can download the card here or obtain one in the City Clerk’s office at the first floor of City Hall or in City Council Chambers as you enter.

The City Clerk’s Office provides services related to city elections, City Council meetings, city boards and commissions, public records and historic documents. They also provide a number of other services including U.S. passport services and the maintenance of the city’s Municipal Code.

Notary Services Now Offered By The City The City Clerk's office is now offering notary services between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The clerk's office is located at 400 Stewart Ave. and parking is conveniently located at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Stewart Avenue. Read more about this new service.

Passport applications are accepted on the first floor of City Hall, located at 400 Stewart Ave. between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. They also provide a number of other services including U.S. passport services, notary services and the maintenance of the city's Municipal Code. Read more about the services offered.
